Terms

Version 2026-10-07. This page describes what the product does today. It is not a substitute for a lawyer reviewing it before launch.

Who these terms cover

These terms are between the adult who creates an account and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”), trading as Learn with Zidni. Company details are on the company information page.

Creating an account requires a separate, unticked confirmation that you accept these terms. We store the time and this version string (2026-10-07). The 18-or-over confirmation is a different checkbox and is not a substitute for accepting the terms.

Accounts

Accounts are for adults, 18 or over. You may be a parent, an adult learner, or a teacher. A child does not get a login. You are responsible for the parent PIN and for the learner profiles you add.

There is no messaging, no comments, no public profile and no place for a learner to post content to other people.

The service today

Lessons are not published until a named reviewer signs them off. Packs in the repository are held back while that review is outstanding. Do not treat marketing pages as a promise that a particular lesson is already reviewed.

No paid plan is on sale. There is no checkout, no trial and no subscription to cancel. If that changes, the price, the billing period, the renewal and how to cancel will be shown beside the payment button before you are charged. Refunds are described on the refunds page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach another household's profiles, to write XP or badges from the browser, or to bypass the parent PIN. Learning records are awarded by server code.

Ending the account

You can delete the account in the parent area. That removes the login and the learner profiles. Privacy requests already filed stay on record with the account link cleared, so we can still answer them.

Still to be completed by a lawyer

  • [LAWYER: liability cap, which must not exclude statutory rights.]
