Refunds and cancellation
Version 2026-10-07. This page describes what the product does today. It is not a substitute for a lawyer reviewing it before launch.
Nothing is for sale
Learn with Zidni does not take payment. There is no checkout, no subscription, no free trial that turns into a charge, and no in-product purchase. You cannot be billed by this build, so there is no order to cancel and no refund to request.
Creating an account does not start a contract for a paid digital service. The account can be deleted in the parent area without a fee.
When a paid plan exists
These have to be built before the first charge, not after:
- The first price shown includes every mandatory fee, with the currency and whether tax is included.
- UK and EU consumers get at least 14 days to cancel a distance contract, unless they have expressly agreed to start a digital download and acknowledged that they lose that right.
- EU consumers get an on-site “withdraw from contract” function: submit, then confirm, with an email acknowledgement. No reason is required.
- A subscription shows the price, how often it renews, and how to cancel, beside the button that takes payment. Cancelling online is as easy as signing up. Any offer to stay is shown next to a working cancel control, not instead of it.
- The final button states that payment will be taken.
[LAWYER: write the refund wording for each market once the price exists. Do not invent a cooling-off exception.]
